Privacy Policy

Permissus LLC — Effective May 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Permissus LLC ("Permissus", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our internal accounting and invoicing software ("the Software"). The Software is for internal use by Permissus members and authorized contractors only and is not offered to the general public.

1. Information We Collect

Through the Software, we may access information you authorize via QuickBooks Online, including but not limited to:

• Permissus's own QuickBooks company file data (customers, vendors, items, invoices, expenses, chart of accounts)
• Authentication tokens issued by Intuit
• Internal contractor information for 1099 reporting (name, address, tax ID)

We do not collect personal information from external customers or members of the public through the Software.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used solely for Permissus's internal accounting, invoicing, tax reporting, and contractor management. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the business.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share information with third parties. Information is processed only within Permissus and stored in services we use to operate the business (currently Intuit QuickBooks Online). We comply with Intuit's terms of service when using the QuickBooks Online platform.

4. Data Security

API credentials and authentication tokens are stored locally on Permissus-controlled devices with file-system permissions restricted to authorized users. We do not transmit credentials to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Accounting data is retained for as long as required by U.S. tax and business record-keeping laws (typically seven years). Authentication tokens are rotated and may be revoked at any time via Intuit's developer dashboard.

6. Your Rights

If you are a Permissus member or contractor and have questions about how your information is handled, contact us at the email below. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.

7. Children's Privacy

The Software is not intended for or directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users.
