Permissus LLC — Effective May 1, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the internal accounting and invoicing software ("the Software") operated by Permissus LLC ("Permissus", "we", "us") in connection with QuickBooks Online. By accessing or using the Software you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Permissus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for internal Permissus business operations, including accounting, invoicing, and contractor management.
The Software is for internal use by Permissus members and authorized contractors only. You agree not to (a) sublicense, sell, or transfer access to the Software, (b) reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, or (c) use the Software for purposes outside Permissus's normal business operations.
All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with Permissus. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach it. Permissus may also terminate access at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Permissus does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Permissus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Permissus may update this Agreement at any time. The "Effective" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
